How to Blind Transfer

A blind transfer of a call is when you are on a call with your customer, and you want to transfer the caller to another extension without speaking to the individual at the extension first.

1. While on the call with the customer select the transfer button

2. select the blind button and then dial the extension you want to transfer too and click transfer.
