How to forward to another number

The Polycom devices have the option to forward all calls incoming to your phone to another number of your choice

There are 3 types of call forwarding

  • Always: Which will forward all of your calls

  • No answer: forwards your call after a certain amount of rings

  • Busy: forwards calls when your already on a call

To enable call forwarding:

  1. Click the home button on your device

2. You will see a menue pop up if you do not see the Forward button then click the down key on your phone

3. Click the Forward option

4. Choose the desired forwarding option *Please see above for an explanation on the differences

5. Dial the phone number or extension to forward your calls too and then click the Enable softkey
