How to Download the Cloud Softphone

This wiki will explain the process of downloading the Cloud Softphone on your Windows desktop PC

Step 1. Navigate to Downloads - MEhttps://melotel.com/about-us/download/

Step 2. Download the “CloudSoftphone Desktop” application

Step 3. Once the application has downloaded run the file and go through the installer

Step 5. Click both checkboxes so that Cloud Softphone will open up and be pinned to your desktop

Step 6. You will now see the log in screen

Step 7. Navigate to the email from support@melotel.com and click on the “DESKTOP ACTIVIATION LINK”

Step 8. You will get a message asking if you want to open this file click “open”

Step 9. The app will be logged in an ask for permissions click next and then finish

Step 10. Once you see this screen you are now logged in.
