How to perform a warm transfer a call

You can transfer calls to any contact.

To transfer a call:

1. Press the Transfer button.

2. You will be brought to the dial screen, from there you can dial the extension you would like to transfer the call to.

3. Dial a number or choose a contact.

4. You will be connected with that person where you may speak with them 1 on 1 and update them on any information they may need before speaking to the customer. The customer is on hold at this moment and cannot hear the conversation.

5. Once you’re ready click the transfer key, the customer will be immediately transferred to them
