Warm Transfer a Call with Acrobits Cloud Softphone App
Step 1.
While on the phone with the customer select Attended Transfer, this will put the customer on hold.
Step 2.
Dial the extension that you are trying to reach (May be the extension of the queue you are trying to transfer a lead to) and click Dial. You will then be connected to the extension you dialed.
Step 3.
Click Transfer Call to then transfer the customer to the extension you dialed, this will disconnect you from the call.
