How to place a call on hold
Placing a call on hold is a great way to pause a conversation to do something like get more info or consult a co worker. When placing a customer on hold the customer will hear the hold music your phone has been set up with.

To place a customer on hold:

While on the phone call with the customer select the HOLD button displayed on the screen:
Once youāre ready to resume the call click the RESUME button and the call will continue.
