How to create a conference call
A conference call is a way to bring in another person into the call.
To initiate a conference call:
While on an active call click on the More soft key
2. Select the Conference softkey
3. Dial the internal extension or the phone number of the caller you want to invite into the call.
Note While you are dialing the phone number and connecting the second person the first person is on hold and hearing your selected hold music
4. Inform the individual you will be conferencing the call and the click the More softkey
5. Select the Conference softkey
You are now in a conference call with both of the lines.
