Call Dispositions Plugin

The Call Dispositions plugin allows you to disposition the specifically called number and also see the previous disposition directly next to the number if available.

To view the Call Dispositions plugin, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to SYSTEM > PLUGINS.

The Plugins page will be displayed.

The screenshot below is an example showing the Disposition button, when the plugin is enabled. If the plugin is activated the Disposition button next to the number appears after selecting the Call button.
