Editing Campaign

The Edit option allows you to modify and edit Campaigns. You can edit several options of the campaign including the Campaign Name, Calling Script, Caller ID Display, Phone Number, Province, enable or disable Email Marketing, and choose what field from the Campaign template is visible or not for Callers.

However, the .csv file imported cannot be changed. It can only be topped up (Refer to Adding More Leads).


To edit a campaign, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS  > LIST CAMPAIGNS.

The CAMPAIGNS page will be displayed.

2.  Click (in the row of the campaign which you wish to edit.

The EDIT CAMPAIGN page will be displayed

  • Name: You can edit the name of the current campaign
  • Call Script: Add or edit the scrip for Agents to use when calling lead from the current campaign
  • Province: Select the Province for the current campaign

  • Default Caller ID: Select from the drop down menu the default caller ID
  • Enable Dynamic Caller IDs: When enabled, select the caller IDs you wish to assign to the campaign from the assignable list.

  • Enable Email Marketing: When enabled, edit the following email section
    The Email Marketing feature allows users to send a marketing email as a disposition from the Feed section to a lead. 
  • Email Subject: Enter the desired email subject. Press the (info) to add pre-fixed information
  • From: Enter the desired email address to send from. Press the (info) to add pre-fixed information
  • Reply To: Enter the dered email address to reply to. Press the (info) to add pre-fixed information
  • BCC (comma separated): Enter the desired email address to BCC
  • Email Body: Enter the email body for the marketing email.

  • Users: Select the users from the Assignable Users list that you wish to assign to the current campaign
  • Assigned Users Can Add Leads: When enabled, Users that are in the Assigned Users list can add leads to the current campaign

  • Enable MeloText Features:  Enables the features of MeloText plugin on this campaign
  • Auto-Check Contact: Automatically checks whether the number of a viewed lead is subscribed
  • Subscribe Contact: Allows users to subscribe a contact on a viewed lead
  • Add Appointment: Allows users to add an appointment for a subscribed contact
  • Group: Select the MeloText group for the current campaign (If applicable)
  • Send Voice: Allows users to send voice messages to subscribed contacts
  • Send Voice From Number: The number to send the message from
  • Voice Draft Message: 1 credit is charged for each 160 character segment. If you have a message that is 300 characters, and you are sending to 10 people, 20 credits will be deducted (2 credits for each person). Messages containing non-GSM (unicode) characters will be charged 1 credit for each 70 character segment.
  • Edit Voice Draff Message: Allows users to edit the draft message to be sent
  • Text-to-Voice Language: The language of the voice message to be read aloud
  • Pause (seconds): The pause time in seconds before playing the message.
  • Repeat Message: The number of times to repeat message
  • Send SMS: Allows users to send sms messages to subscribed contacts.
  • Send SMS From Number: The number to send the message from
  • SMS Draftp Message: 1 credit is charged for each 160 character segment. If you have a message that is 300 characters, and you are sending to 10 people, 20 credits will be deducted (2 credits for each person). Messages containing non-GSM (unicode) characters will be charged 1 credit for each 70 character segment
  • Edit SMS Draft Message: Allows users to edit the draft message to be sent.
  • IVR Forward Nuber: The forwarding IVR number.
  • Schedule Broadcast At: The datetime of the broadcast.

  • Add New Field: Select to add new field in the General Lead Information
  • Name: Enter the name of the field
  • Type: Select from the drop down menu the type of the field (if field types are available to choose from)
  • Visible: Whether or not you the field should show in the General Lead Information

  • Pre-Defined Fields: Used to drastically improve performance in queries where the most important fields are present. It also helps connecting automatic fetching services to phone numbers. If your fields names are self-evident, then DaFeeder will detect them automatically.

3.  Edit the values of required fields. For more information on the fields, refer to Adding New Campaign section.

4.  Click Save Campaign.

The campaign details will be updated.
