Editing Call Disposition

You can edit the details of a call disposition. To do so, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > CALL DISPOSITIONS.

The CALL DISPOSITIONS page will be displayed.

2.  In the CALL DISPOSITIONS section, click  in the row of the call disposition which you wish to edit.

The EDIT CALL DISPOSITION page will be displayed.

3.  Edit the name of the call disposition.

4.  Click Edit Call Disposition

A confirmation message will be displayed and the call disposition will be updated.
