Action/Disposition
The Lead History provides a complete understanding of every action on the lead as you can find all the previous dispositions, all the representatives and the time and date that the lead has been handled. The table below provides a brief summary of the different possible actions you see in the Lead History's Action/Disposition column.
Action/Disposition | Description |
Lead fed from campaign | Lead has been generated automatically to the agent working in the campaign |
Lead direct viewed | Agent performed a lookup and searched for this specific lead |
Call to xxxxxxxxxxxinitiated from xxxx*xxx | This action will appear when the call button is clicked on the lead. It implies that an attempt was made by the agent to contact the customer. |
Recycled | This implies the lead has been recycled before and went back to an Open state. |
*Every Disposition's name* | Each disposition's name can appear in the lead history depending on how the lead has been dispositioned before. The different disposition may have different meaning depending on the action associated with the dispositions. |
