Call Dispositions Overview
Call Dispositions allow users to log each call attempt to the specific number they called in DaFeeder. If a lead has multiple contact numbers, the agent can attempt to call each one in sequence and leave a Call Disposition for each number to indicate what happened on that call to that specific number.
This option can be enabled or disabled by navigating to SYSTEM > PLUGINS > Call Dispositions. To learn more about this plugin, click on Plugin - Call Dispositions.
