Deleting Call Disposition

You can delete a call disposition that you no longer need. To delete a call disposition, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > CALL DISPOSITIONS.

The CALL DISPOSITIONS page will be displayed.

2.  In the CALL DISPOSITIONS section, click  in the row of the call disposition that you wish to delete.

A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

3.  Click YES.

The call disposition will be deleted.
