Reschedule Settings

To create a setting to inform contacts of an appointment rescheduling, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to Appointments > Settings > Reschedule Settings

     

  2. Enter the keyword of the rescheduling in the Reschedule Keyword text entry box. This is the word the contact will text back to reschedule the appointment.

  3. Enter the rescheduling message the contact will receive in the Reschedule Message text entry box.

  4. Select the appointment color from the pallet or enter in a specific hex color code in the Appointment Color field.

  5. Enter the email address of the appointment setter in the Email To text entry box. An email will be sent to that address when the contact texts in the reschedule keyword.

  6. Enter the subject of the email in the Email Subject text entry box.

  7. Enter the email body the appointment setter will receive in the Email Body text entry box.

  8. Click Save Reschedule Settings.
