Cancel Settings
To create a setting to inform contacts of an appointment cancellation, follow the steps given below.
Navigate to Appointments > Settings > Cancel Settings
Enter the keyword of the cancellation in the Cancel Keyword text entry box. This is the word the contact will text back to automatically cancel the appointment.
Enter the cancellation message the contact will receive in the Cancel Message text entry box.
Select the appointment color from the palet or enter in a specific hex color code in the Appointment Color field.
Enter the email address of the appointment setter in the Email To text entry box. An email will be sent to that address when the contact texts in the cancel keyword.
Enter the subject of the email in the Email Subject text entry box.
Enter the email body the appointment setter will receive in the Email Body text entry box.
Click Save Cancel Settings.
