Providing Access to Language Barrier Queue

All the users in DaFeeder will not have access to the Language Barrier Queue, this access must be granted on a per user level. To provide access to the language barrier queue, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to SYSTEM > USERS.

The USER MANAGEMENT page will be displayed.

2.  In the ACTIVE USERS section, click the username for which you wish to provide access to the language barrier queue.

The EDIT USER dialog will be displayed.

3.  Select Yes from the Language Barrier Queue drop down list.

4.  Click Edit User.

The selected user will now have access to the language barrier queue.
