Deleting Acknowledgement

You can delete an acknowledgement that you no longer need. To delete an acknowledgement, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.

The ADD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page will be displayed.

2.  In the ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS section, click  in the row of the acknowledgement that you wish to delete.

A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

3.  Click YES.

The acknowledgement will be deleted.
