When using Dafeeder you must use it in Firefox browser only.
Campaign Uploading
All uploaded CSV files must not contain any special characters. If CSV files contain special characters and Dafeeder has been reported to be problematic, it will be the responsibility of the client to remove such characters and further support will be suspended until such matters has been resolved.
Getting Support for Dafeeder
When reporting an issue with Dafeeder, support will require specifics; what exactly happened, how can it be replicated, specific example leads, does the issue occur for everyone or one user. If these questions can not be answered then support will not be able to investigate.
Fair Usage Policy
Users must not share login information. Each user must have their own Dafeeder login.
