Supported Browsers

Mozilla Firefox is the only supported browser.

Campaign Uploading

All uploaded .csv files must not contain any special characters. If CSV files contain special characters and DaFeeder has been reported to be problematic, it will be the responsibility of the client to remove such characters. Other policies for the uploading of a campaign are below:

  • The name of the columns in the lead database will be based off the name of the columns in the .csv file. Make sure you name them appropriately.
  • No special characters must be present in the .csv file (excluding email column which accepts '@' sign).
  • Phone number fields should only be 10-11 digits numeric characters and should NOT contain any dashes or brackets.
  • Empty fields can be included to provide the ability to add information you want to collect about the client at a later time. (E.g email or extension number).
  • Do NOT include empty rows in the .csv file.

Getting Support for DaFeeder

When reporting an issue to DaFeeder, support will require specifics; what exactly happened, how can it be replicated, specific example leads, does the issue occur for everyone or one user. If these questions can not be answered then support will not be able to investigate.

Fair Usage Policy

Users must not share login information. Each user must have their own DaFeeder login.

Fair Billing Policy

All Active DaFeeder users are billed $25/month.

Fired users do not incur subscription charges.

Billing is completed on the 1st business day of every month, reviewing historical user activity for the previous month.
