Overview:
Starcode *97 is used to log in another agent into all of the queues which their extension is registered. Please note this will login the extension into ALL the queues. It is NOT possible to choose a SINGLE one.
In order to be able to use the starcode *97 an “Agent Preference” password must be set
Steps to set password for Agent Preference:
Search for the agent
2. Click “Queue Agents”.
3. Under Agent Preferences check off the box for “Require authorization to connect to queue“
4. In the “Queue login PIN” set the numeric pin of your choice and then retype it in the “Confirm queue login PIN”
5. Click the “OK” button to the right.
The Agent preference password has now been set and you are now able to use the starcode *97 function to login the agent into all of their queues.
Steps to use starcode *97:
On your phone device dial *97
You will be prompted to dial the desired agent extension followed by the # key
You will be prompted to dial the password followed by the # key
You will hear the message “Agent has been logged in”
NOTE: If you hear “Incorrect password” verify that you are typing in the correct password and that you clicked “OK” after setting the agent password in “ Agent Preferences”
