Leads dispositioned (no more calls) are being fed again.

There was reports of one lead being viewed, but when entering the campaign the ‘No more leads’ error banner would come up. However the pie chart indicated there was an open lead remaining in the campaign. We did a report and determined which lead was not being fed.
MeloTel was able to replicate it.
The lead wasn’t released and there was no log for releasing the lead.
