When using Dafeeder you must use it in Firefox browser only.
All uploaded CSV files must not contain any special characters.
When reporting an issue with Dafeeder, support will require specifics; what exactly happened, how can it be replicated, specific example leads, does the issue occur for everyone or one user. If these questions can not be answered then support will not be able to investigate.
Users must not share login information.
