Once feeding, the General Lead Information is the default view an agent will see when they are presented a lead in the Feeder. The display of the General Lead Information contains basic company and contact information of the customer whom the agent will be calling.

Upon selecting FeedĀ on the dashboard, and choosing a campaign, the lead information will be displayed.

All the fields that are displayed in the leads in the screenshot above are pulled from uploading the campaign. Hence different campaigns may have different fields in their leads.

The field names that are displayed are selected when uploading the campaign.

However, several fields are innate to the DaFeeder and will be displayed irrespective of the campaign in use. The table below summarizes the various fields that will be displayed irrespective of the campaign in use.

Lead IDUnique Identifier number used to differentiate the different leads. This is valid across all campaigns. No lead ID is repeated in any campaign.
Calls Made TodayCounts the amount of calls the representative has made today using the Green Call button next to the telephone number, so long as the Dafeeder session has not expired or timed out.
Show Calls ScriptHovering over the Show Call Script text will preview the script that was uploaded with the campaign. See more in the Call Script section below.

Editing Lead Fields

The fields in the lead can also be manually edited and updated from the General Lead Information tab. To edit and update a field, click on the value you are looking to update.

For instance, if you are looking to change the Client Name field, click on the value of that field.

After selecting the field to be updated, the following should appear.

After modifying the field, select the check mark to save the new information.

Scenario 1

When a campaign is uploaded in the DaFeeder without having the information for an important field; for instance Email. The email field can be imported inside the DaFeeder with empty values and as the agents are working on the campaign, they can manually populate that field when they are on the phone with the customers of the various leads.

Call Scripts

A call script is a pre-written script to assist an agent in handling a lead. Call scripts are a great way to ensure consistency across all representatives in their speech as they are using the call script about the products or services. To access the call script in the lead, hover your mouse over the Show Call Script button under the General Lead Information tab as can be seen in the screenshot below. Moreover, to hide the script again, move the cursor anywhere away from the call script drop down area and the General Lead Information display will appear again.


The call script area is a great place to have FAQs so all representatives will have access to the answers of commonly asked questions or good-to-knows in one place.

Moreover, call scripts can also be changed/updated any time by going editing the campaign provided the user has the necessary privilege to edit the campaign.
