The Messages section shows the statistical line charts of the number of SMS Sent, SMS Received and Voice Sent over each day for the current month. It provides a quick view on the usage of the system.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard>Messages.

     

  2. Expand or hide the chart by clicking the Collapse/Expand () button in the top right corner of the section.

  3. Click Logs () icon under each sub-chart such as SMS Sent, SMS Received and Voice Sent to view the details of those logs separately.
    The Logs page will be displayed.
