The Success Rating section shows an outlook on the percentage of people who have subscribed vs. unsubscribed in the given timeframe. For example, if 10 people subscribed and 1 un-subscribed, the success rating would be 90% for the given timeframes This really shows you a quick snapshot into how well your campaign is performing in the short term and long term.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard>Success Rating.

     

  2. View the success rating charts for the Past 7 Days, Current Month, Current Year and Overall.

  3. Expand or hide the chart by clicking the Collapse/Expand () button on the top right corner of the section.
