In this application, you will need to delete several records that are no longer used in the system. They may be related to campaigns, acknowledgements, dispositions, call dispositions, state or province. In all of these cases, you will need to follow the same steps. The following example shows the deleting of the record related to Acknowledgements. To edit an acknowledgement, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.

The ADD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page will be displayed.

2.  In the ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS section, click  in the row of the acknowledgement that you wish to delete.

A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

3.  Click YES.

The acknowledgement will be deleted.
