Province Overview

The Province module allows you to manage call recording for provinces. You can add provinces and set up call recording preferences for the provinces, edit and delete provinces. To keep track of the different places that have different laws against or for call recording you can add them here. By adding a province with recording or without recording, an agent’s extensions will follow what is determined for all calls made based on what is determined when the campaign is uploaded.
