Transferring a lead to the language barrier queue is similar to dispositioning a lead normally.
You can transfer a lead to the Language Barrier queue by using the Language Barrier disposition. However note that the disposition may have a different name depending on how the owner of the DaFeeder names the disposition. Refer to Dispositions for more details.
To transfer a lead, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to the lead page which you wish to transfer to the language barrier queue.
2. In the Dispositions section, click Language Barrier.
The lead will be transferred to the language barrier queue.
