The No Edit For Callers plugin will prevent users with the permission set "Caller" from being able to modify any field names when a lead is fed to them.
To view the Melochenator Connect plugin, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to SYSTEM > PLUGINS.
The Plugins page will be displayed.
When the plugin is deactivated, a Caller user privilege can select the Empty section and be able to edit, add or delete information, like the example below with Address 2.
