You can find No Edit For Callers by navigating through SYSTEM >> PLUGIN

Gives the ability or not to edit information from the General Lead Information.

  • When its deactivated, the user can not edit any information from the lead.
  • When its activated, clicking the Empty section a edit window will pop up as the example below with Address 2
