In Appointments module, manage your appointments made with your contacts at the appropriate date and time. You are able to create settings and predefined messages to send to contacts for Confirmation, Cancellation and Rescheduling of appointments.
The appointment module also includes the ability to create appointments and send appointment reminders to contacts through SMS.
To manage appointments, follow the steps given below:
Navigate to Appointments.
The Appointments page will be displayed.
