Records from several sections can be exported to excel format. The steps to export records remain the same throughout the system. In the following example, log records are being exported.
To export records, follow the steps given below.
Navigate to Logs.
The Logs page will be displayed.
Hover on Actions and select Export ALL SMS Inbox.
The log details will be exported in .csv format to your system.
