Sending SMS to Members of the Group

SMS can be sent to individual members of the group. To send SMS to a member of a group, follow the steps given below.

1. Navigate to Groups>Manage Groups.
   The Groups page will be displayed.

   

2. Click Members button in the row of the group.
   The Members dialog will be displayed.
   

   

3. Click Send SMS button in the row of the member for whom you wish to send SMS.
   The Send a Single SMS dialog will be displayed.
   

   

4. Select a contact from the Select a Contact drop down list.
   Or
   Enter the phone number in the Phone Number text entry box.
   Note: the phone number will be automatically populated with the number of that member.

5. Enter the SMS you want to send to the member of the group in the Message text entry box.

6. Click Send.
   The SMS will be sent to the individual member.
