To add or edit group, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to Groups>Manage Groups.
    The Groups page will be displayed.

  2. Select Add Group option from the Actions drop down list.
    The Create Group page will be displayed.

  3. You have the option to Copy From Group. If applicable, select an existing group if you want use that group as a template to create your new group. All fields from the group selected will be pre-populated with the exception of group name and keyword. You must give those unique names. If you are copying from a MMS group type, you must select new images

  4. Enter the name of the group in the Group Name text entry box.

  5. Enter the keyword for the group in the Keyword text entry box. The Keyword is that word that the subscribers will text into your primary/secondary number to join your contact list and will be added to this group.

  6. Select the type of the group from the Group Type dropdown list:
    ▪ Coupon- Users can continually text in the keyword to receive the auto-reply message. Example: You may update the message weekly or monthly with a new coupon code and the user can text in to receive it.
    ▪ Join-Users can only text in the keyword once to be added to the group. If they text in the keyword again, it will inform them they are already subscribed to this group.
    ▪ Property (Real Estate)- Perfect for realtors. Enter in all the property details, and those details will be sent back to the prospective buyer when they text in the keyword.
    ▪ Vehicle- Perfect for car dealers. Enter in all the vehicle details and those details will be sent back to the prospective buyers when they text in the keyword.
