You can view the log of acknowledgements. To do so, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to LOGS > SYSTEM LOG.
2. Select the (
) radio button, pick an Interval, by default (
) is selected, then click on (
).
You could also filter by privilege or by user, but for this scenario we will use None.
2. This will generate the acknowledgement log for the last hour and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
3. To view the acknowledgements log for today, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
4. This will generate the acknowledgement log for today and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
5. To view the acknowledgements log for yesterday, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
6. This will generate the acknowledgement log for yesterday and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
7. To view the acknowledgements log for this week, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
8. This will generate the acknowledgement log for this week and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
9. To view the acknowledgements log for this month, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
10. This will generate the acknowledgement log for this month and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
11. To view the acknowledgements log for custom dates, select the (
) radio button, enter the dates you want logs for, then click on (). Below is an example of acknowledgements logs for yesterday and today.
10. This will generate the acknowledgement log for yesterday and today. This will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
