The Slack setting allows you to connect the DaFeeder API integration in the organization's Slack. This configuration will allow leads when dispositioned with the action of Transfer via Slack to notify a specified channel that a Transfer has been performed. In this space you will enter the API OAuth token code and manage which channel to have the lead information sent to.

  1. Navigate to SYSTEM>SETTINGS
The SYSTEM SETTINGS page will be displayed.

  2. Click the Slack tab.

  3. Enter the required information.
Bot User OAuth Token: this is the DaFeeder API integration code found in Slack. This can only be found once the API has been added to the Slack Workspace. The Token will be checked once inputted in the field and if found correct a blue check mark will appear and the available channels will appear in Preferred Channel dropdown.

Preferred Channel: this setting will send the lead information to appear in a specified channel. This channel can be a Public or a Private channel. To have the notifications be sent to a private channel the DaFeeder App needs to be added to the channel.

  4. Leads dispositioned with the associated action of Transfer via Slack will now notify the designated channel.
