Here are some tips to have Dafeeder DaFeeder performing at the ideal performance and optimum level.
General Best Practices
- Always use Firefox browser for best performance. Any other browser may cause degraded performance.
- Only have one Dafeeder DaFeeder tab open at a time.
- Keep the amount number of tabs open on your browser to a minimum. Having many tabs open could be slowing slow down your Dafeeder DaFeeder experience.
Lead Best Practices
- If a lead is misbehaving, check the lead History. A lot of answers to questions can be found there. Please see Lead History documentation for more information.
- Always disposition the lead to move forward.
- Dafeeder DaFeeder respects the most recent disposition added to a lead.
User Experience Best Practices
- If using Click2call in DafeederDaFeeder, always ensure only one extension is associated to one user.
- If using shared computer spaces, do not save the profiles in the browser. This will prevent someone else from mistakenly logging into someone else's Dafeeder profile.
- For page loading oddities, use CTRL + F5 at the same time to refresh and reload the browser page. Refreshing after making any changes in the Dafeeder DaFeeder is also a good idea.
Campaign Best Practices
- Do not upload single campaigns with more than 10,000 leads. Uploading more than 10,000 leads at once could cause degraded Dafeeder DaFeeder service, or the webpage web page to crash. Having 10,000+ leads in a campaign could cause difficulty when attempting to export reports in the future.
- Ensure there are no special characters in the raw CSV file, as this will cause problems in the campaign.
- Ensure all campaigns that are uploaded are in CSV file format.

When uploading a new campaign, give it some time before starting to work on the campaign as DaFeeder will need to complete several background tasks to fully set up the newly uploaded campaign. The time for the background task to complete will depend on the size of the uploaded campaign.
