In this application, you will need to delete several records that are no longer used in the system. They may be related to campaigns, acknowledgements, dispositions, call dispositions, state or province. In all of these cases, you will need to follow the same steps. The following example shows the deleting of the record related to Acknowledgements. To edit You can delete an acknowledgement that you no longer need. To delete an acknowledgement, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.
The ADD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page will be displayed.
2. Click In the ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS section, click
