The MeloText plugin will is an API that allow users to send SMS messages right to a leads cellphone.

To view the MeloText plugin, follow the steps given below:

  1. Navigate to SYSTEM > PLUGINS.
    The Plugins page will be displayed.

  2. To connect the DaFeeder with the MeloText, activate the plugin and navigate to SYSTEM > SETTINGS.
    The SYSTEM SETTINGS page will be displayed.

  3. Click the MeloText tab.
    The MeloText setting and the SMS balance will be displayed

  4. Enter the API Key for the MeloText instance in the API Key field. The API Key is provided by the MeloTel Support Team.

  5. Enable/Disable Auto-Check Contact.
    This enables the campaign setting to automatically check whether the number of a viewed lead is subscribed.

  6. Enable/Disable Subscribe Contact.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to subscribe a contact on a viewed lead.

  7. Enable/Disable Add Appointment.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to add an appointment for a subscribed contact.

  8. Enable/Disable Send SMS.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to send sms to a subscribed contact.

  9. Enable/Disable Edit SMS Draft Message.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to edit the SMS draft message to be sent.

  10. Enable/Disable Send Voice Message.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to send voice messages to a subscribed contact.

  11. Enable/Disable Edit Voice Draft Message.
    This enables the campaign setting to allow users to edit the Voice draft message to be sent.

  12. Click on Update.
    The connection between DaFeeder and the MeloText will be established.

NOTE: Enabling the features from step 5 to step 11 from the System Setting, will allow the Campaign Setting to enable/disable the desired feature for the specific campaign to use.
