Upon selecting Feed on the dashboard, and choosing a campaign, the lead information will be displayed.

Once feeding, the General The General Lead Information is the default view .

you will see when you access a lead in the Feeder. The General Lead Information contains the lead's company and contact informationdisplays all the "Visible" fields of a campaign for review

All the fields that are displayed in the leads in the screenshot above are pulled from uploading the campaign. Hence different campaigns may have different fields in their leads.

The field names that are displayed are selected when uploading the campaign.

However, several fields are innate to the DaFeeder and will be displayed irrespective of the campaign in use. The table below summarizes the various fields that will be displayed irrespective of the campaign in use.To view the general lead information, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to the lead page for which you wish to view the general lead information.

Lead ID

Unique Identifier number used to differentiate

the different leads

leads in DaFeeder. Lead IDs are unique across all campaigns in the organization and are never repeated.

Calls Made Today

Counts the amount

Total number of calls the representative has made today using the Green Call button next to the telephone number, so long as the Dafeeder session has not expired or timed out.

Editing Lead Fields

The fields in the lead can also be manually edited and updated from the General Lead Information tab. 2.  To edit and update a field value, click on the value you are looking to update.For instance, if you are looking to change the Client Name field, click on the value of that .

A dialog will be displayed in the field.

After selecting the field to be updated, the following should appear.

After modifying the field, select the check mark to save the new information.

When a campaign is uploaded in the DaFeeder without having the information for an important field; for instance Email. The email field can be imported inside the DaFeeder with empty values and as the agents are working on the campaign, they can manually populate that field when they are on the phone with the customers of the various leads.

3.  Enter the required value and click (Image Added).

The value will be updated.

Call Scripts

A call script is a pre-written script to assist an agent in handling a lead. Call scripts are a great way to ensure consistency across all representatives are speaking the same way in their speech as they use the call script about the products or services.

It is also a great place to have FAQs so all representatives will have access to the answers in one place.

Moreover, call scripts can be changed/updated any time by going editing the campaign provided the user has the necessary privilege to edit the campaign. See Manage Campaigns for more details.To access the call script in the lead, hover your mouse over (Image Addedin the General Lead Information tab as can be shown in the screenshot below. To hide the script, move the cursor away from the call script drop down area.
