Upon selecting Feed on the dashboard, and choosing a campaign, the lead information will be displayed.
Once feeding, the General Lead Information is the default view an agent will see when they are presented a lead in the Feeder.
The display of the General Lead Information contains the lead's basic company and contact information of the customer whom the agent will be calling.

All the fields that are displayed in the leads in the screenshot above are pulled from uploading the campaign. Hence different campaigns may have different fields in their leads.

Fields | Description |

Lead ID | Unique Identifier number used to differentiate the different leads. This is valid across all campaigns. No lead ID is repeated in any campaign. |
Calls Made Today | Counts the amount of calls the representative has made today using the Green Call button next to the telephone number, so long as the Dafeeder session has not expired or timed out. |
Show Calls Script | Hovering over the Show Call Script text will preview the script that was uploaded with the campaign. See more in the Call Script section below. |

A call script is a pre-written script to assist an agent in handling a lead. Call scripts are a great way to ensure consistency across all representatives in their speech as they are using the call script about the products or services. To access the call script in the lead, hover your mouse over the Show Call Script button under the General Lead Information tab as can be seen in the screenshot below. Moreover, to hide the script again, move the cursor anywhere away from the call script drop down area and the General Lead Information display will appear again.

Moreover, call scripts can also be changed/updated any time by going editing the campaign provided the user has the necessary privilege to edit the campaign.
