A Lead history is a tabular form logging of every action that was performed on the individual lead. The table below provides a brief summary of the different columns present in a lead history.
| Field | Details |

| User | Provides the name of the agent who performed the action. |
| Action/Disposition | Log of all the actions and dispositions that occurred on the individual lead. |
| Date | Timestamp at which the action/disposition was performed. |
On any lead you can view the lead history by selecting the Lead History tab above the lead information.
