The table below provides a brief summary of the different possible actions you can see in the Lead History's Action/Disposition column.

has | performed a lookup and searched for this specific lead. |
Call initiated to xxxxxxxxxxx from xxxx*xxx | This action will appear when the call button is clicked on the lead. This imply that an attempt was made by the agent to contact the customer. |
| Recycled | Seeing this action implies the lead has been recycled before and went back to an Open state. More details in the recycle section of Manage Campaigns. |
| *Every Disposition's name* | Each disposition's name can appear in the lead history depending on how the lead has been dispositioned before. The different disposition may have different meaning depending on the action associated with the dispositions. |
