Viewing Voice Broadcast Logs

Here, you can view the details of any voice broadcasts that were sent out to all individuals of a group.
To view voice broadcast logs, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to Logs.
    The Logs page will be displayed.

     

  2. Select the Voice Broadcast option from the Actions drop down list.
    The voice broadcast list will be displayed.


    You will see all the numbers that the voice broadcast was sent to along with the status of that message to that contact and the date/time it was sent.
