The language barrier queue is a special queue designed to be the area in the DaFeeder where the agents can deal with the leads that have been dispositioned with the Move to Language Barrier Queue action.

When working on any campaign, and a lead presents itself as a difficult language barrier, a disposition can be created to copy that lead from that campaign and add it to the language barrier queue.

All leads that have been dispositioned from any campaign as language barrier, will be placed into the language barrier queue and can be worked on there by the agents assigned to that special queue.

Transfer Lead to Language Barrier Queue

Transferring a lead to the language barrier queue is similar to dispositioning a lead normally.

A lead is transferred to the Language Barrier queue by using the Language Barrier disposition as shown below. However note that the disposition may have a different name depending on how the owner of the DaFeeder names the disposition. See Manage Dispositions for more details.

Provide Agent Access to Language Barrier Queue

Not everyone will has access to the Language Barrier Queue, this access must be granted on a per user level. You can give access by selecting the users name and selecting Yes under Language Barrier Queue section as shown below.

This can also be done upon creating a new user.

When exporting reports, the leads dispositioned as Language Barrier, will still be displayed in the original campaign export as well as in the Spanish Queue report.

Accessing the Language Barrier Queue

Accessing the Language Barrier Queue is similar to accessing a normal campaign.

An agent who has the privilege to work on the Language Barrier Queue will see an additional option (Language Barrier Queue) when going through the campaign list dropdown as shown below.
