This will guide will provide instructions on scheduling callbacks, viewing the calendar, and the different user privilege views displayed in the calendar.
Callbacks
There are two types of callbacks, Public and Private.
When a lead is dispositioned as Callback
An additional dialogue box will prompt the user to select the type of callback, select the date and time of callback, and to add an additional note.
Below will explain the different behaviors of the type of callback between public and private.
Select the time and date that the callback should be performed.
Add any additional notes for the next representative that will call the lead should review.
Public Callbacks
Public callbacks are created when leads are dispositioned as Callback
By selecting the Calendar icon in the top right hand corner all scheduled private calls backs will be displayed.
Depending on the type of user privilege viewing the calendar, it will change in appearance.
Adding events to the calendar
