The System Log page will generate a customize report from all or selected users. This report can be very useful for managers to get an idea of how many calls and how effective the user is for each campaign that the user has worked on.

You can find system logs by navigating to Logs >> System Log.

Todays Call Log

To see a report, you can choose from view report on the page or to download it in a CSV file. You can narrow down the report by date range and to a specific user by selecting their name in the from down list. Then click on FILTER to generate the report.

If you select to display filter in a CSV file, a new window will prompt you to either open the file with a specific program or to save file.

Types of filters

Pre-Defined Filters will make narrowing the results easier. You can select the different values available to build your report. The ones listed are typically the most popular reports.

See the following filters with their own description in how would affect the report.

FILTER

Will give you a overall report according to the date you selected and the User filter. The example below show the report of 1 day from all user. We will describe each tab in the following

  • Stats by campaign: will show the different campaign name that was used and the amount of calls per campaign

  • Calls Log: will show you information separated by column (see below for description of this columns) and by individual Users
    • Day: timestamp from which a campaign was used
    • Campaign: the name of the specific campaign, if a User used more then 1 campaign it will be listed here
    • Count: the amount of calls initiated for that specific campaign
    • Ok/Neg: will mark answered calls versus anything else
    • Disposition: list of types of disposition you have in you DaFeeder
    • Count: how many time different disposition were used

LAST CALLS BY USER

It will only show you the report from the last call a user made

  • Today calls: will provide a report from the current date time
  • Calls last 60 minutes: will provide a report from the past 1 minute
  • Yesterday calls: will provide a report from the previous day
  • Calls this week: will provide a report from the current week
  • Calls this month: will provide a report from the current month
  • Dispositions this month: will provide a report with all the disposition available with the amount per disposition used for the current month

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS FILTER
To see what acknowledgement are for, please click Manage Acknowledgements

  • Stats by campaign: will list all the available acknowledgments and a count of how many time users have accepted
  • Acknowledgement Log: It will show all available acknowledgments with each user that accepted and the time in which the accepted it

  • Acknowledgements this week: will provide a report of acknowledgment in the current week
  • Acknowledgements today: will provide a report of acknowledgment in the day
