Marking Message as Read or Unread

To mark a message as read or unread, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to SMS Chat.
    The SMS Chat page will be displayed.

     

  2. To mark the chat message as unread, click Mark as Unread in the row of that chat.
    The selected chat will be marked as unread.

     

  3. To mark the chat message as read, click Mark as Read in the row of that chat.
    The selected chat is marked as read. After you respond to that contact and send them a message, it will automatically mark the message as read.
