This section of the DaFeeder provides details on Lead History for a better understanding on how they are used, their purpose, and why we need them. Lead History provides the viewer with an outlined detailed view of the different representatives who have interacted with the lead or viewed it, previous dispositions added, time and date stamps. This area is a great road map to understand the behaviour of a particular lead.

Overview

The Lead history is a technical and tabular form logging of every action that was performed on the individual leads in a campaign. The table below provides a brief summary of the different columns present in a lead history.

UserProvides the name of the agent who performed the action.
Action/DispositionLog of all the actions and dispositions that occurred on the individual lead.
DateTimestamp at which the action/disposition was performed.

The lead history of every individual leads can be viewed by selecting the Lead History tab above the lead information. Moreover, there are two ways the lead history can be accessed. The first way of accessing the lead history is while feeding through a campaign and the second method is by searching for a specific lead using the search function of the DaFeeder.

The following is an example of a Lead History.

Based on the lead history, it can be determined which representatives have interacted with the lead in the past and when.

For instance, in the above screenshot, the lead was called three times before being closed. The first call was dispositioned as callback, second one as No Answer and after the third time reaching out to the client, the latter confirmed he wasn't interested any further.

Action/Disposition

The Lead History provides a complete understanding of every actions on the lead as we can find all the previous dispositions, all the representatives and the time and date that the lead has been handled. The table below provides a brief summary of the different possible actions you can see in the Lead History's Action/Disposition column.

Lead direct viewedAgent performed a lookup and searched for this specific lead.

Call to xxxxxxxxxxx initiated from xxxx*xxx

This action will appear when the call button is clicked on the lead. This imply that an attempt was made by the agent to contact the customer.
RecycledSeeing this action implies the lead has been recycled before and went back to an Open state. More details in the recycle section of Manage Campaigns.
*Every Disposition's name*Each disposition's name can appear in the lead history depending on how the lead has been dispositioned before. The different disposition may have different meaning depending on the action associated with the dispositions.
