Un-Subscribers Report

This report provides the details of all un-subscribers for the selected date range with information such as subscriber name, group name, phone number, source and subscribed date and time. You can also view the number of un-subscribers for each day of the month in graphical format.
To generate un-subscribers report, follow the steps given below.

1. Navigate to Reports.
   The Reports page will be displayed.

2. Select the Un-subscribers option from the Actions drop down list.

3. Select the starting date range to generate the report from the Select Date calendar.

4. Select the ending date range to generate the report from the To Date calendar.

5. Click Search.
   The Un-Subscribers report for the selected date range will be generated along with the chart showing the number of un-subscribers for each day of the month.
